How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?

1 Call us TOLL FREE 1(888) * SURFIN to obtain a return authorization number. This number should be placed on the exterior of the box you return the product in.

2 Make sure your name and address are correct on a copy of your invoice which you should place inside the return box. Include your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you.

3 Please be sure to send your package via a traceable method insured freight.

4 Returns received after 30 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Victory™will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order.

5 All special orders and dropships will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

6 Return shipping charges will not be credited.

7 Returns for hazardous items require special handling. Please call our customer service department at 1-888-8 SURFIN ext 204 for instructions on how to make a return.

What are Victor’s Privacy Policy and Practices?

Victory™ respects the privacy needs and concerns of our customers.
